  • Cool off
  • Don't throw a tantrum
  • Communicate
  • Use humour.
  • Seek alternatives.
  • Weigh he pros and cons.
  • Use problem-solving skills.
  • Accept the situation.
Surprisingly, it works. Yes, I tried it. Simply because I have anger management. So, yea. If you think you have anger management and don't know how to deal with it, please try. There's no harm in trying, kan lovers? :)
